Business hours for VPS Client Services and Support
Client services and support is a service provided for banks, investment firms and fund management companies. The service principally provides help and guidance to these customers in their operation of the VPS system.

Production system
Monday to Friday: All transactions are available between 08:00 – 20:00.
Weekends: The production system is closed from 20:00 hours on Friday until 08:00 hours on Monday.
Three settlement cycles are carried out each working day, except Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Demo system
Monday to Friday: All transactions are available between 08:00 – 18:00.
Weekends: The demo system is closed from 18:00 hours on Friday until 08:00 hours on Monday.
Three settlement cycles are carried out each working day. The second settlement cycle is run at 13:00 hours.
