At the BITS seminar on 21 November, Ketil Q. Andersen delivered a paper on LA-Ledger – DLT based Cross Boarder Collateral Management (PoC). Ketil works as senior consultant for Strategy and Business Analysis at VPS and he is responsible for the VPS blockchain initiatives.
