VPS has provided fund services to the Norwegian market since 1991, and currently offers transfer agency services, processing and settlement of fund transactions, as well as tax reporting to the investors and the tax authorities. Evolution had delivered asset management services in the Swedish market since 2006, when they became part of the Oslo Børs VPS Group in 2013.
Since 2014, both companies have provided services to a joint customer base. The merger has made it possible for Centevo to offer an attractive platform that covers the entire value chain. The services include i.a. portfolio management, client relations management, analysis, reporting, fund distribution and links to external systems and information. The company also offers support to back office services for those who would like to streamline all or part of their operations.
Centevo has 30 experienced employees working in Stockholm and Oslo. The client base consists of more than 50 clients in the Nordic region.
