Do you wish to receive investor messages by post instead of electronically?

If you wish to receive investor messages by post, you must choose for which accounts in VPS Client Services. Here is a short guide on how to change distribution method.

To select messages by post

1. Log in to VPS Client Services
2. Click on My VPS-account > Personal information
3. Deselect the accounts where you do not want electronic distribution. You will then receive investor messages by post. Then choose how often you wish to receive envelopes containing messages
4. Click on Save changes

To select electronic messages (default selection)

1. Log in to VPS Client Services
2. Click on My VPS-account > Personal information
3. Select the messages where you want electronic distribution. If you want to receive all messages electronic, select “I want to receive all investor messages from VPS by e-mail”
4. Click on Save changes

Even if you choose to receive investor messages by post, you will still find them available in VPS Client Services.
