The service offer will be increased and modernized to meet the expectations and requirements issuers have, and will have in the years to come. “Foretakstjenester” and VIS will exist in parallel until we have replaced the entire service. Access to the new service will be a link in the black header in the old service.
These services are currently available in VPS Issuer Services:
- Shareholder register
- Transactions
- Dashboard
- Historical report
- Detailed information regarding shareholder
In connection with the launch of the new application, “Foretakstjenester” will, from March 1, 2018, no longer be divided into access “Basis” or “Profesjonell”. All users can access the entire application, which means that the following services is free of charge:
- Shareholder register report
- Historical report
- Owner statistic
All new functionality and changes made to VIS will be notified continuously on the front page of “Foretakstjenester”.
