VPS Monitoring Solution
VPS Monitoring Solution is a service for control and follow up of personal transactions in financial instruments made by managers, employees and affiliated agents. The service provides an efficient assistance to keep you compliant with the duties imposed by the Securities Trading Act.
The service is available for companies that are authorized as VPS account operators. These companies are required by law to have well developed internal policies, routines and control methods for personal transactions made by the company’s managers, employees and affiliated agents.
VPS Monitoring Solution provides:
- A register over employees, departments and companies covered by the service
- Registration of transactions in securities not registered with Euronext Securities Oslo
- Automatic upload of transactions in securities registered with Euronext Securities Oslo
- Possibility to extract reports for submission to Finanstilsynet
- Customized reports at business unit level or employee level within defined intervals
- Reporting for employees, employee representatives and their close relatives
The company remains fully responsible for compliance with all requirements, including reporting, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities Trading Act.
