If you have registered an e-mail address with VPS, we will notify you as soon as an investor message has been produced and is available in your mailbox. We urge everyone to log in to VPS Client Services in order to update your personal e-mail details.
You may log into VPS Client Services either via your account manager’s website, internet bank or via www.vps.no.
For your information, the following messages are defined as investor messages:
- Notifications of Change
- Notifications of Payment
- Statements of Realisation
- Annual Statements
- Semiannual Statements
- Custody Statements
If you still wish to receive investor messages by surface mail, you may as of 22 September order this yourself in VPS Client Services or you may contact your account operator (bank, broker or fund manager) who will assist you. If you have several account operators, please notify all of them.
