VPS is now in the process of establishing links for order routing with several fund distribution platforms that are already offering a number of Norwegian mutual funds. By using VPS’ solutions for order routing, the orders in Norwegian mutual funds distributed on these platforms in the Nordic countries and in Europe, can now be routed directly to the fund management companies’ order book in VPS. This can be done without first reporting the order to the fund management company in Norway (by email, fax or telephone). The fund management company also avoids to register the order manually in Fund Services. This solution is time-saving for our clients, and the automation and reduction of manual processes limit the risk of making errors in the ordering process.
