VPS has, in co-operation with London-based Richard Davies Investor Relations (RD:IR), developed the service Nominee ID, a service for corporations that would like to identify underlying beneficial owners that are not registered to the VPS shareholder register.
The cooperation is based on VPS ‘expertise on shareholder registers and Richard Davies Investor Relations’ global network of contacts and competent analysis team.
By using the service, we will provide access to IR InTouch which offers the following functionality
- Identifies beneficial owners that hold their securities in an omnibus account
- Relates beneficial owners to each omnibus account
- Reveals underlying relationships between shareholders and custodians
- Reveals investor’s country of domicile, investment strategy and investor type
- Delivers reports in a user-friendly customer portal
