VPS Client Services and Support

Vigdis Diesen is heading Client Services and Support at VPS. The department has nine employees with different tasks and different responsibilities. But the common objective is to always be available in order to support customers with their different tasks.

The employees working at Client Services and Support are often your first encounter with VPS. Torill is responsible for the reception and the switchboard while Øystein and May Britt are dealing with statistics and special extraction of data from VPS Info. Every month they are delivering updated statistics to vps.no.

Client Services consists of May, Stian, Susanne, André and Kenneth. Their most important task is to be the main point of contact when customers need assistance or if they have questions regarding the deployment of the VPS systems. They are also responsble for training courses for new customers as well as for those who need a little brush up. Client Services is responsible for distributing information, notifications of change and user documentation to the customers.

Client Services and Support is in many ways the oil that lubricates the VPS machinery, says Vigdis Diesen. We are always available by phone and email during office hours. We will do our utmost to assist the customers with their queries as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction is definitely our goal!
