With a dominant share of the market for funds in Norway, it has been natural to look to Sweden for further expansion. Our presence in Sweden is primarily handled through our wholly owned subsidiary Evolution Software Sweden AB, which was acquired back in 2013. In addition, we have an employee in Stockholm solely dedicated to the fund business.

The company was founded in 2001 and combines broad professional skills with IT specialist expertise to provide cost-effective portfolio management systems and consulting services. Evolution delivers Cairo, a software for reporting and portfolio management for all types of asset management companies.
Together with Evolution, VPS offers a competitive and efficient alternative as a supplier of services to fund managers and distributors in the Nordic market. The two companies have products and services that complement each other and form a comprehensive offer to the fund market.
We believe in continued growth in the markets for mutual funds and asset management and we also see an increasing interest for cross border distribution.
VPS will enable an increased automation of order routing between Nordic distributors and management companies, thus further developing the existing Nordic network.
